** The community pool will open on April 1st, weather permitting. Pool hours are 9 am until dark. The pool is heated, which allows you to enjoy an extended season. However, physics and winter sometimes team up to remind us who’s in charge. For this reason, the pool may occasionally close on colder days. While the pool is heated, it cannot defeat Mother Nature… she’s undefeated. Gym and pickleball courts are open** Our homes' features include: * Just a 3-minute walk to beach access! * Full service kitchen is just waiting for you with a well-equipped cooking area. * Seating for 6 surrounds the beautiful white quartz island countertops. * Coffee pot and Keurig coffee makers * Complete cooking pots/pans and even a deep crab pot * Large sectional sofa with Queen sleeper * Main King bedroom - King bed with a private full bathroom * Second bedroom also provides a King bed, decorated with fun colors and connected with a common full bathroom with a shower/tub combo * TV is located in each bedroom and the living room * Gas grill and an outdoor seating area make you feel right at home We love dogs and allow them in our condo! Beach chairs and cart are available in the outside closet, but unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed to renters since the previous renters could have taken them or broken them.

Recreational amenities at the condo include an outdoor pool, changing room/restrooms and rentable cabanas.
